Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years working experience with Governments, UN Agencies and/or other International Donor Agencies/INGOs.
  • Has experience in project management at the national level on population, health, public policies or other related sector.
  • Minimum a Master Degree (S2) in demography, health, public policies or social studies.
  • Able to work in team. Proven skilled  in coordinating and building team network.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Status/Condition: Fixed Term Appointment, NO-A Level (ICS 8)

Requirements:
Academic Requirements:
  • A solid academic background at a post-graduate level (Master’s degree) in communication, journalism, or other related subjects in social communication and public relations.
Experience and qualifications:
  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience in journalism, media and public relations, communications or advocacy.
  • Demonstrated experience leading high visibility communications or media projects and/or campaign.
  • Demonstrated experience working with media agencies, celebrity spokespersons and building strategic partnerships with the private sector will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong analytical and research skills required.
  • Thorough knowledge of web production and multimedia tools.
  • Initiative and sound judgment. Must be highly organized and have demonstrated ability to work well under tight deadlines and in a team.
  • Strong interest in development work, especially the mission of the United Nations Population Fund.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills.
Languages:
Fluency in oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.  

Computer skills:
Proficiency in current office software applications.

Experience in handling of web based management systems.
