BRIEF
SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia
is a part of SOS-Kinderdorf International which is an international umbrella organization of national associations. It is a non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational and non-profit social development organization, working exclusively in the public interest. Its objectives are:
  • To provide specialist care and support for orphaned and abandoned children through the SOS Children’s Villages. 
  • To support children, young persons and families in need through the establishment of social centers, schools and vocational training centers.
  • To advocate and promote the rights of children throughout the world.
  • To work with international organizations, and promote world-wide understanding and exchange of knowledge on child care issues.
  • To serve as a model of long-term family based care.
POSITION PURPOSE
Data Entry Officer:

  • Responsible for daily encoding (entry data) all new donor’s Information into database. 
  • Responsible for preparing and sending verification file to Bank. 
  • Assisting donor service team handling inbound calls
JOB PROFILE
  • Daily encoding for donors (Sahabat SOS)  information into database. 
  • Foldering all donor’s document and liaise with data storage company for storing.
  • Responsible for preparing standing instruction and sending verification file to bank
  • Responsible for uploading verification result into database
  • Assisting donor service team handling inbound calls on behalf of SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia
  • Based in Jakarta
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimal Diploma in any field / high school with experience
  • Related working experience will be advantage
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Data Entry skills
  •  Organized with an attention to detail
  • Familiar with greetings and do phone conversation
  • Able to speak and writing english
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
