PROJECT ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE OFFICER
Main Functions :

The Incumbent shall assist the Program Director in managing project funds and in providing support services to project teams. She/he is primarily responsible for providing the financial and administrative support services to Projects.
She/he is supervised by (temporarily) the Program Director.

Specific Tasks :

Coordinate with the Projects Staff and Office Administrative/Finance staff :
  • Provide inputs as necessarily to the budget proposed by grantees
  • Monitor project's fund balance
  • Process request of payments to grantees and other contractors
  • Review grantees' financial report and file properly
  • Review liquidations of advances and/or 3rd party grants
  • Monitor small grant projects' fund balance
  • Assist in providing logistical support during meetings, workshops, trainings
  • Provides administrative support to Projects Team as necessary.
Assist the Program Director
  • Provides secretariat support during meetings, workshops, and trainings
  • Provides administrative support to the Program Director, the Deputy Director, the Grants Manager; and Executive Director as necessary
Education, Knowledge and Experience
  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 (five) years relevant experience
  2. Excellent in Accounting and Quick-book system
  3. Can work effectively under pressure and positive attitude
  4. Willing to extend duty hours to meet deadline/assigned tasks
  5. Accurate, organized, analytical and can work with minimum supervision
Terms and Conditions
  1. Samdhana will offer a full benefit package of remuneration
  2. Three months probationary period, continued with one year working contract after a satisfactory assessment
  3. Duty station will be in Bogor, Indonesia.
