Position Title: HR & Legal Assistant
Department: Support
Direct reporting: Administrative Manager
Date required: Immediately
Location: Denpasar

PURPOSE OF POSITION :
HR Management:
  • Managing recruitment from acquiring PAF – job advert – CV screening – interview – reference check – offer letter/regret letter 
  • Managing employment agreement and its update as well as managing performance review 
  • Managing staff orientation, deployment of staff in his/her department/site and communicate to others of staff entry and exit 
  • Managing QA from staffs re-HR issues including evacuation of staffs e.g. health, security reason, etc 
  • Managing leave record, timesheet record and overtime record – to ensure well effective time keeping system  
  • Managing a detail, complete and updated employee database  
  • Managing monthly update to insurance providers  
  • Advise management of the organization on HR issues and improvement in system 
  • Other related task as required by supervisor.
Legal affairs:
  • Maintain updated Yayasan legal paper and maintain good relationship with related government organization e.g. Dinsos Kota Denpasar, Dinsos Prov Bali, Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Prov Bali, Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Denpasar, Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi, Notaris, Kemenaker, Kemensos, appointed lawyer etc 
  • Managing legal paper for expatriates including medical evacuation and repatriation 
  • Maintain MDPI updated and compliance with labor law or other related law 
  • Advise management of the organization on legal issues and improvement in system 
  • Other related task as required by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in law preferably international law 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the similar position and preferably domicile in Bali 
  • Experience working in an international NGO is desirable 
  • Excellent English both spoken and written 
  • Excellent computer skill especially Microsoft excel or access 
  • Detail oriented and target oriented 
  • Super well initiative and well organized 
  • Possess leadership, communication and problem solving skill
  • Possess good presentation skill 
  • Able to cope working in a past pace organization 
  • Willing to frequently travel to implementing areas in Indonesia or abroad
