Summary of Job desk:
  • Responsible for filing system of project activity and financial documentation, and correspondences as well.
  • Responsible for completing all tax report in regular basis. 
  • Ensure availability and effective management of book supplies and stock record updating.
  • Prepare payment for book selling  and ensure all payments are upon approval by management. 
  • Manage entire financial document regarding book purchasing 
  • Prepare all documents needed regarding invoice to clients. 
  • Conduct stocking of books with store keeper and  other staff if needed in regularly basis.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s(S1) degree, in accounting or tax.
  • A minimum 1 years of professional experience with admin and tax report
  • Prior experience using any accounting software.
Terms and Conditions
  • The appointment will be for a period of one year with the option to renew upon satisfactory review of the services by company.
  • The duty station will be at Sentul City, Bogor Indonesia
  • Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience.
