1. Secretarial and organisational duties at our headquarters in Bogor (greet
    guests, answer the phone, send and receive emails and faxes, etc)
  2. Organise and facilitate meetings, conferences and other special events;
    coordinate and attend committee meetings, and participate in committee
    discussions as required
  3. Prepare minutes of general correspondences, minutes of meetings and reports
  4. Maintain filling system
  5. Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings
  6. Communicate with clients and other staff members in a pleasant and
    professional manner
  7. Carry out other office tasks when required
  8. Maintain office supplies. Monitor supply usage and re-order stock when
  1. Diploma in general management or administration, or other related field.
  2. Minimum two years’  work experience in a similar position.
  3. Have a pleasant personality and positive attitude
  4. Good command of both English and Indonesian
  5. Computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office applications and the
  6. Ability to deal with sensitive information in a discrete manner
  7. Energic personality and multi-tasking capabilities
