Wahana Visi Indonesia is a Christian humanitarian organization working to create lasting change in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty. Wahana Visi Indonesia has been working for more than 15 years, employing more than 800 staff  in the programs and serving 1,400 of the poorest villages.  Our focus is on programming effort on health, education, child protection and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries.

Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following positions which located in National Office, Bintaro:

Campaign Specialist  (Code: CSP) 

Major Roles:
This position is responsible To develop  and lead Wahana Visi Indonesia's  campaign at the national level to ensure the highest quality and accountability achievement of WV Indonesia’s strategic ministry objectives and child well being outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Preferably public relation background with master degree in Public Policy, International Development, Social Works, Law, or any related field.
  • 3-5 years experience working in campaigning, advocacy and communications program and engaging decision makers in government
  • Strong understanding of public policy, government decision-making processes (especially at the sub-national level) and other civil society networks and coalitions
  • Fluent in English (oral and written with min. TOEFL score: 500)
  • Excellent collaborative and facilitation skills
Public Policy Analyst (Code : PPA)

Major Roles:
This position is responsible to Provide a comprehensive analysis of government & non-government policies, research findings, and publications on some issues related to WV IDN advocacy works at local, zonal and national levels in alignment with the global center, regional, and national office strategies and policies.

Qualifications:
  • Preferably law background with master degree in Public Policy, International Development, Social Works, Law, or any related field. 
  • At least 3-5 years experience working in Advocacy works including public policy analysis; international experience is a plus.
  • Experience in conducting social research is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (min. TOEFL score: 500)
  • Strong understanding of public policy, government decision-making processes (both at national and sub-national levels) and other civil society networks and coalitions.
Social Accountability Specialist  (Code : SAS)

Major Roles:
This position is responsible To develop and execute national strategic guidelines related to social accountability approach through local level advocacy in order to scale up and strengthen social accountability work at the zonal and national level to ensure the achievement of child wellbeing outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably social science background with master degree in  Public Policy, International Development, Social Works, Law,  or any related field.
  • 3 – 5 years experience in  local governance, community based advocacy and social accountability approaches program
  • Experience in developing community and IT-based monitoring system is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written with min. TOEFL score: 500).
  • Strong understanding of public policy, government decision-making processes (especially at the sub-national level) and other civil society networks and coalitions.
