Contract Details
Full time, 1 month (29 October 2018 – 28 November 2018)
 

Position Summary
Build, lead and execute Emergency Relief activities in order to ensure the Emergency Relief strategy implemented based on the donor direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistic management (includes procuring, loading, delivering, and ensuring the goods arrival in the expected location).
  • Volunteer management (includes hiring, ensuring their understanding in Child Protection Policy, fulfill all administrative documents, and managing allowance payments).
  • Communication and networking (includes coordinate with potential partners).
  • Coordinate and report to GN Japan representative in Indonesia.
  • Conduct Field research or assessment (survey) in damage area in order to identify distribution ER items and fix the number of target households.
  • Market research on prices, lead-time, transportation costs, packing costs, etc. in Makassar.
  • Monitor the execution of ER activity through visiting beneficiary households, and to interview, photos with beneficiaries.
  • Develop report regarding program execution and complete to collect all expenditure bill for Administration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree 
  • Proficient English ability (listening, speaking, writing, reading)
  • Exeprienced in Emergency Relief Activity (preferably)
  • Result oriented

  • Resilient and have a good self-control
  • A self-motivated individual who able to mobilize people
  • Able to manage change and uncertainty
  • Computer Literacy
