Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following position to based in Palu-Central Sulawesi:

1. Project Manager


Major Roles:
Responsible for ensuring project management of operation in response and reporting to donors.

Qualifications:
  • A degree or equivalent in relevant fields of study such as International Development, Political Science/International Relations, Economics, Sociology, or other related field. 
  • Demonstrate strong experience in project management and reporting  
  • Deep understanding in humanitarian Field especially in emergency response 
2. Cash Based Specialist 
Major Roles:Develop, plan and implement Cash and Market Based Programming in emergency context 

Qualifications:
  • A Degree in Disaster management, Finance / Accounting / Payments, International Development, Social Works, Management, or relevant degree
  • At least 3 years experience working in  in cash-based programming
  • Deep understanding in humanitarian Field especially in emergency response 
3. Education in emergency Specialist 
Major Roles:Develop specific strategy for program implementation in emergency context in order to meet organization or donor standard

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Education
  • At least 2 years experiences in implementing Education programming.
  • Deep understanding in humanitarian Field especially in emergency response 
4.  Program Officer

Major Roles:The program officer is responsible for developing and maintaining key program information including context analysis, needs assessment, as well as project design and proposals. 

Qualifications:

  • A degree or equivalent in relevant fields of study such as International Development, Political Science/International Relations, Economics, Sociology, or other related field. 
  • Demonstrate strong experience in project management and proposal writing 
  • Deep understanding in humanitarian Field especially in emergency response 
  • TOEFL 500
5. Grant Accountant 
Major Roles:Able to lead and conduct the process from Budget preparation prior to submission of Grant proposal and also Provide  financial analysis and input to the program implementation and able to design and deliver grant financial reports in accordance to Grant specific guideline

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Management
  • At least 3 year experiences working in accounting, financial management & admin works and have experience maintain GRANT projects
  • Deep understanding in humanitarian Field especially in emergency response 
6. Recruitment Coordinator

Major Roles:
The purpose of Recruitment Coordinator position is to facilitate ‘end to end’ recruitment and selection process, ensure all recruitment business process, standards and guidelines are completed and followed in order to be in line with organization’s value and standards

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related subject 
  • Min. 2 years experience in HR recruitment.
7. Grant Finance Manager

Major Roles:
The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and financial management of projects funded by grant from Government, Multilateral and Private Corporations and PNS from the project proposal design, start-up to close-out according to ensure the grant financial report, grant financial analysis and grant matrix is provided timely and accurate

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance. MBA, CPA, CFA preferred
  • At least 3 years experience in financial planning and analysis. Relevant experience in establishing and enforcing protocols and procedures in a finance organization is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years experience in managing team.
  • Deep understanding in Humanitarian Field especially in Emergency Response 
8. Procurement Manager

Major Roles:
To Lead and direct Procurement Team & ensure practice is in alignment with organization policy and standarts . This posisition also make sure that all procurement needs in CENTER Project fulfillment 

Qualifications:
  • S-1 Degree/Post Graduate qualification from any major, preferably from business administration and Finance 
  • Minimum 5 years experience in logistic and procurement work, preferably has grant management knowledge in dealing with procurement and logistic
  • Proven track record of accountability and audit.
  • Deep understanding in Humanitarian Field especially in Emergency Response 
9. Response Manager

Major Roles: responsible for providing overall leadership and management for Palu Donggala  Earthquake and Tsunami Emergency Response Projec in accordance with relevant strategies and all organization‘ policies and standard. 

Qualifications:

  • Preferaby bachelor degree majoring social development or any other relevant field.
  • Complete Project Management for NGO course
  • Min . 5 Years in managerial level  with Min. 3 years’ experience in Emergency Response Field
