YAYASAN BANTUAN KASIH INDONESIA (Compassion Indonesia Foundation), a Christian Ministry for Children Development in Indonesia, is seeking for highly motivated staff (Bandung and Manado Office) for the position below:

Partnership Facilitator (PF)
Specific Requirements
  • Acts as an advocate for children – raising the awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of children in poverty 
  • Min S1-Degree any discipline and above 27 Year of Age.
  • Good English (verbal & written) & Communication skill.
  • Min: 5 years experience working in Christian/Social ministry dealing with children/youth.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation and establishing trusting relationships with a wide variety of people.
  • Ability to work with only occasional supervision and willing to be placed
  • Computer proficiency, experience with the Internet, applications of Microsoft Office and presentation and publication software.
  • Good leadership, general management, and problem-solving skills and customer oriented
  • Willing to travel in a long term
Program Trainer (PT)
Specific Requirements
  • Acts as an advocate for children – raising the awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of children in poverty 
  • Bachelor's Degree in this or related field
  • Three years Experience working in this or similar position or field.
  • Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating training programs.
  • Strong group facilitation skills.
  • Ability to facilitate multiple content subject matters through multiple methodologies.
  • Able to work collaboratively, cross-culturally, inter-denominationally and cross-organizationally.
  • Computer proficiency, experience with the Internet, applications of Microsoft Office and  presentation and publication software
Change Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Specific Requirements
  • Acts as an advocate for children – raising the awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of children in poverty 
  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Quality Management, or related discipline
  • Seven years Professional experience working in this or similar field.
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the brand in the market
  • Ability to acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
  • Ability to solves moderately complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Ability to explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation by the Association of Change Management Professionals.
  • Good English (verbal & written) & Communication skill
Manager of Program Support (MPS)
Specific Requirement
  • Acts as an advocate for children – raising the awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of children in poverty 
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field. Equivalent education, experience, training, and certification may be substituted for education.
  • At least 3 years experiences in this position
  • Has accountability for the performance and results of a team within own area of specialty.
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
  • Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and department plan; receives guidance from manager.
  • Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
  • Manages one or more generally homogeneous teams; adapts department plans and priorities to meet short-term service and/or operational objectives.
  • Guided by policies and departmental plan, impacts the team’s ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives.
  • Provides leadership for at least two professional employees and/or supervisors.
  • Required to speak fluent English and at least one language from the assigned geographic region.
  • Computer Literacy especially with Microsoft Office.
