Translator / Admin Assistant

Available: from November

  • Locally employed
  • Temporary limited for 1 year
  • Extendable to permanent contract after 1 year
Profile of the applicant:
  • Excellent verbal and written Bahasa Indonesia and German
  • Good command in English
  • University diploma and/or work experience (references) in the relevant field
  • High level of reliability and accuracy
  • Computer literate with good affinity with IT applications
  • Effective communication, networking and reporting skills (including understanding, translating, reporting and communicating complex information);
  • Intercultural competence, outstanding team skills
  • Driving license A & C is an advantage
Area of responsibility:
  • Oral & written translations from Bahasa Indonesia into German and from German to Bahasa Indonesia
  • Information acquisition & contact to local authorities
  • Correspondence in Bahasa Indonesia, German and English
  • Supporting the administrative section any other tasks that may be given by the direct supervisors in the interest of the office
