Organic Farm Administrator (Temporary only for 4 months) - Head Office Jakarta

Yayasan Usaha Mulia (YUM) is a nonprofit organization that has worked to improve the quality of life of the poor and destitute in Indonesia for 40 years. YUM is focused on working in Education, Health, and Community projects in Cipanas, West Java, and Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan.

We are currently looking for an Organic Farm Administrator with the following criteria: Organic Farm Administrator Activities
  • Responsible for the administrative process of organic vegetables order and delivery, including invoicing
  • Submit monthly report of incomes and expenditures of organic vegetables
  • Create a yearly plan with the Organic Farm Division Head to determine sales and production
  • Manage the organic farm website, update the content and work with external IT
  • Find new opportunities to get new customers, attend bazaars and events
  • Build and maintain relationships with resellers and restaurants
  • Manage and update the mail chimp program used to blast email
  • Manage the sales of related products such as herbs and seedlings
  • Maintain email address roster of people interested in ordering YUM’s Cipanas organic vegetables
  • Send email to potential buyers of organic vegetables regarding delivery orders and then inform the organic farm in Cipanas along with the number of orders.
General Activities
  • Use YUM’s Head Office Information System to share organic farming files, communication / promotional materials, and contact library databases to encourage efficient working practices and transfer of knowledge.
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably required by the Chairperson of YUM.
  • In the course of your work with YUM, promote YUM’s project activities whenever possible.
  • In the course of your work with YUM, you cannot be employed in additional work with any other employer.
  • Help maintain the YUM contact database by updating records and following up email issues and missing information.
  • Check the needs of the projects regularly
  • Advanced communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written)
  • Bachelor degree in all majors; preferably agribusiness major
  • Excellent English writing and computer skills
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience at the same level
  • Willing to establish and maintain good working relationships with various partners.
