Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Involved in the EcoNusa Foundation work program planning and the preparation of new programs that are the initiative of the organization;
  • Helping MEL Manager in developing concepts, approaches, strategies, and documenting the learning process from the implementation of EcoNusa Foundation programs based on the results of monitoring carried out;
  • Monitoring the activities carried out, expenditures, and progress of the program to achieve program output;
  • Helping work units within the organization related to the use of M & E (ME tools) tools such as filling in logical frameworks (logframes) and conducting data collection needed in the development of the MEL system of the EcoNusa Foundation;
  • Coordinate the implementation of M & E, analyze and process data on M & E results, and document the management of these data;
  • Assist the program team in ensuring the deadline for program reporting to donors on a regular basis and ensuring the completeness of the required documents (photographs or other supporting documents);
  • Make regular reports of MEL Unit activities;
  • Prepare an activity reference framework (Terms of Reference) needed in the implementation of the development activities of the MEL Unit of the EcoNusa Foundation;
  • Sharing information related to M & E and learning from the implementation of activities or results of program monitoring based on organizational provisions;
  • Attend coordination meetings related to the MEL Unit or other relevant tasks and support the effectiveness of program implementation according to the needs of the organization.
  • Bachelor degree in social sciences experienced in the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation (ME) for development programs carried out by non-profit organizations. Experience and knowledge about environmental issues will greatly support work in this position.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years work experience in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and program reporting
  • Fluency in spoken and written Bahasa and English.
  • Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the country and internationally
