Australia - Indonesia Partnership for Justice 2 Job Vacancy: Finance Officer, Jakarta

The role
Join Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Justice 2 (AIPJ2) as a Finance Officer and play an integral role to provide effective and efficient finance support to AIPJ2 Operation Team. This role is to assist the Senior Finance Officer on day today financial activities and tasks.

About you
You will be a motivated and proactive Finance Officer with the right combination of talent, energy and a commitment to technical excellence. You will also have:
  • A diploma’s degree or equivalent in accounting.
  • A minimum of 4 years working experience. Several years’ experience in DFAT (or other major aid donor) financial reporting would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, and good communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and manage risk.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software (preferably MYOB) as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Understanding of Indonesian tax laws and reporting (desirable).
