The role

Prospera is seeking to engage a strong subject-matter expertise for a short-term position as SENIOR TECHNOLOGY ADVISER to provide support to Prospera in the context of supporting Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs (CMEA) and the Kartu Prakerja Project Management Office on the work in strengthening the beneficiary-to-training match of the Kartu Prakerja program.

The role of the Senior Technology Adviser is to coordinate the smooth interaction between Prospera’s IT Development consultancy team and the Prakerja operations team. This includes providing guidance on the technical aspects of Prakerja’s technology, overseeing integration of the recommender system to the Prakerja operations system and liaising with Prakerja management and Prospera to make decisions on integration to ensure a successful pilot project with potential to expand to the entire Prakerja platform.
